Thank You, Sir Nicholas Winton

He was known as the British Oskar Schindler.  Through is selfless courage, Sir Nicholas Winton saved the lives of 669 Jewish children on the night of the infamous Kristallnacht, via what became known as the Kindertransport.

Yet, like, Irena Sendler, he kept silent about his deeds.  Finally, an old episode of 60 Minutes aired an interview with Sir Winton.

Among the touching obituaries are these, one from the New York Times, and another from the BBC.
